Cancellation of an entire team

An entire solo or duo team can cancel its participation in a competition under the following conditions:

​

• More than 1 week for the activity

  • 25% of the registration fee will be refunded.

​

• Less than 1 week before the activity​

  • No refund.

​

 

Changing 1 person within a duo team

​

Within a duo team it is possible to change one of the participants/partners:

​

• More than 1 week before the activity

  • Change partner free of charge

​

• Less than 1 week before the activity

  • A processing fee of €5 will be charged

​

Please note: a team is expected to participate with the same persons over the entire Topotrail Trophy series of 3 matches, in order to collect the necessary points in the final ranking of that year 

 

Cancellation of the Topotrail Trophy competition by the organization

​

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the event cannot take place on the planned date, existing registrations will initially be moved to a new date.

At that time, as a second option, participants are also given the right to cancel their participation free of charge.
